R&D TEAM

The R&D team of Bestway Environmental Technology (BET) including global top 12 PhDs in water science and 5 senior experts in the industry. The core members of the team have more than 15 years of experience in the industry, with deep professional accumulation and unique insights in water science and related fields.

For better conduct new product development and provide high quality after-sales technical support, the team has set up offices in China, Israel, the United Arab Emirates, the United States, India and other countries and regions. These widely distributed offices are not only the forefront of technological innovation, but also an important node for connecting global wisdom and resources.

In terms of technological innovation, up to now, the R&D team has won 78 patents, demonstrating its strong innovation capability. In addition, the team has mastered the GENius technology, which is the leading technology in the industry, giving BET a significant advantage in market competition and providing strong technical support for solving all kinds of complex environmental problems.

TEST CENTER


Our testing canter is equipped with perfect experimental facilities, including physical lab, chemical/microbiological lab, comprehensive testing lab, environmental simulation lab, salt spray corrosion lab, vibration impact lab, electrical performance lab, materials analysis lab, precision measurement lab, aging life lab, high and low temperature cycling lab, safety certification lab and R & D testing center and other professional testing departments. The testing capability covers the whole life cycle of the products, and it can carry out severe experiments such as -70℃ to +150℃ temperature cycling test, 96 hours salt spray corrosion test, and 10,000 times vibration impact test to ensure the reliability of the products meets the international standards. The laboratory has been certified by NSF and the testing data has international mutual recognition qualification.


MANUFACTURING CAPABILITY

Injection Workshop

The workshop is equipped with Haitian Tianlong's third-generation intelligent injection molding machine, which has a wide clamping force of 200-4000 tons and can meet the diverse product molding needs. The equipment adopts a fully digital control system and is equipped with advanced servo drive technology. The molding accuracy can reach ± 0.1mm, and the energy-saving efficiency is increased by more than 30% compared to traditional models. The intelligent production system supports remote monitoring, automatic optimization of process parameters, and other functions, which can achieve efficient and stable precision injection molding production.

Sheet Metal Workshop

The workshop is equipped with 6KW Daqo fiber laser cutting machine, 160T CNC oil-electric hybrid Acme bending machine, laser welding machine, servo hydraulic machine and other high-end equipment, combined with professional welding machine such as gas-shielded welder, argon arc welder, pulsed AC welder and other auxiliary machine such as rocker arm tapping machine, hydraulic riveting machine and stamping-type presses, which builds up a complete sheet-metal processing system. With advanced CNC technology and intelligent production system, we are able to provide customers with high-precision and high-quality sheet-metal processing solutions to meet diversified and customized production needs, and to ensure that the product quality and delivery timeframe are perfectly in line with customer expectations.

Molding Workshop

The workshop is equipped with Haitian Jinggong's second-generation VMC series machining center, which adopts advanced three-axis AC servo drive system, equipped with backlash-free elastic coupling and direct screw connection structure to achieve ±0.005mm positioning accuracy and 0.1s fast dynamic response. Meanwhile, it is equipped with a full set of mold processing equipment such as EDM machine, precision water grinder, hand surface grinder, rocker arm drilling machine, CNC milling machine, engraving machine and wire cutter, which can meet the processing needs of various precision molds and ensure the mold manufacturing accuracy reaches ±0.01mm and surface roughness Ra0.4μm or less, which is fully in line with the standards of high-end mold manufacturing.

Assembly Workshop

The company is equipped with intelligent assembly line, which integrates advanced equipment such as automatic reverse plate stainless steel roller conveyor system, CACL vacuum loop line, CACL water machine performance test line, etc., and supporting automation equipment such as automatic case sealing machine, industrial robotic arm, intelligent palletizer, ultrasonic sealing welder, automatic refrigerant charging machine. Meanwhile, it is equipped with precision testing equipment such as INFICON high-precision leakage tester (with an accuracy of 5×10-⁷Pa-m³/s) and electrical safety comprehensive tester to ensure product quality. At present, the production line is running at full capacity and can achieve a single-day output of 5,000 units for household machines.
