Leaders from Thailand's Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment visited BET China

2025/09/04

On September 3rd, BET China received an important delegation—leaders from Thailand's Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment. The two parties conducted in-depth inspections and exchanges focusing on the pain points of Thailand's livelihood water supply, aiming to explore efficient and feasible solutions to the local water supply challenges.

During the inspection, Thai dignitary Rattanaporn Saehuang directly addressed Thailand's current water supply situation and pointed out two core livelihood issues. First, Thailand's tourism industry is highly developed. Popular islands represented by Phuket have a dense population of tourists all year round, leading to a prominent contradiction between the supply and demand of drinking water. Water has to be transferred from other provinces across regions, which not only incurs high transportation costs but also faces the problem of delayed supply. This seriously affects the tourist experience and the normal operation of the islands. Second, water pollution exists in some areas, making it difficult to guarantee the quality of daily water for residents. This directly threatens the health and quality of life of the people, and targeted water quality improvement solutions are urgently needed.

In response to the needs put forward by the Thai side, BET China , based on Thailand's local environmental conditions such as climate and water quality, focused on promoting a number of core products—AWG and water purifiers. The AWG do not rely on traditional water sources; they can directly extract moisture from the air and purify it. This makes them perfectly suitable for water-scarce scenarios with high air humidity like Phuket, effectively solving the inconvenience of "cross-regional water transfer". The water purifiers, on the other hand, can conduct in-depth filtration of polluted water bodies, removing harmful impurities and pollutants to ensure the safety of residents' water use.

In addition, Mr. Liang, CEO of BET China further expressed the sincerity for cooperation and clearly stated: "BET has independent R&D and production capabilities. We can not only provide standardized products but also customize exclusive water supply solutions according to the personalized needs of different regions and scenarios in Thailand." Regarding the issue of "equipment service life in island usage environments" that Rattanaporn Saehuang was concerned about, Mr. Liang gave a professional response: The factory has mature anti-salt damage treatment technology, which can effectively resist the corrosion of equipment caused by high salt content in the island environment. As a professional water equipment supplier, BET will be scenario-oriented to tailor the optimal water supply solutions for Thailand, completely resolving the concerns about livelihood water supply.

At the end of the inspection, the Chinese and Thai parties also conducted friendly discussions on areas such as cultural integration and economic cooperation between the two countries. Both sides agreed that in the process of humanity's joint pursuit of a better life, responsible governments and capable enterprises are the key forces to promote problem-solving and achieve win-win development. This in-depth exchange between BET and Thailand's Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment not only provides a practical technical path to solve Thailand's livelihood water supply problems but also lays a solid foundation for Sino-Thai cooperation in the environmental protection field. It is expected that the cooperation space will be further expanded in the future to jointly safeguard water resource security.
